Douglas Adams is President and Chief Executive Officer of RagingWire Data Centers. He was part of the founding executive team that started RagingWire in the year 2000.
During his tenure at RagingWire, Doug has made significant contributions to the company by winning new customers, expanding RagingWire's data center footprint, delivering innovative colocation products, and establishing the strategic partnership with NTT Communications.
Prior to RagingWire, Doug was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and General Manager, for NEC Technologies, Inc. with executive responsibility for NEC's magnetic and optical data storage products. He started his career with Mars, Inc., in sales and business development roles, ultimately rising to senior management.
Mr. Adams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Marketing from the University of Southern California.
Joe Goldsmith is Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at RagingWire Data Centers, responsible for all aspects of go-to-market strategy and execution including: sales, marketing, product management, business development, channels, and sales operations.
Joe is a proven sales executive with more than 25 years of experience, including more than a decade in the data center industry.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Joe was the Chief Revenue Officer for Vantage Data Centers, utilizing his expertise in complex contract and lease negotiations to lead Vantage to become an industry leader in wholesale data centers. Previously, Joe was Vice President and General Manager at Digital Realty, where he led efforts related to global alliances, channel sales, and colocation products, growing the company’s annual revenues from $200 million to over $1.5 billion. He has also served as Executive Director of Global Accounts at Qwest, Director of Sales at FiberTower, and Vice President of Sales at Colo.com.
Mr. Goldsmith earned a Bachelor’s degree from the California State University-Sacramento.
Kevin Dalton is Senior Vice President of Construction and Critical Facilities Engineering and Design (CFED) at RagingWire Data Centers, responsible for leading the team that designs and delivers world-class data centers.
Kevin is an expert in leveraging supply chain optimization and modular pre-fabricated construction techniques to drive rapid growth, improved quality, and speed to market. Throughout his career, he has set the standard for next generation data center designs and led multiple successful sustainability initiatives.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Kevin spent 12 years at Digital Realty in technical and senior management roles, including seven years as Vice President of Engineering, leading teams of engineers to deliver data center solutions for customers around the world. Before that tenure, Kevin spent 10 years at MGE UPS Systems, a world leader in uninterrupted power supply systems, and nine years at McClier Corporation, a design-build firm.
Mr. Dalton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
Steven Lim is Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product at RagingWire Data Centers, responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s Product Management and Marketing teams.
Over his career, Steven has led marketing teams to generate significant revenue growth and enterprise value. He has built corporate brands, shaped the customer experience, and structured unique go-to-market solutions.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Steven served as a Customer Marketing Leader at LinkedIn and Vice President/Head of Marketing at Vantage Data Centers, where he was part of a senior executive team that increased the company’s valuation five-fold. Previously, Steven had management responsibilities at Equinix, McAfee and Cisco.
Mr. Lim earned an MBA from the Graziadio Business School at Pepperdine University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
Ben Stewart is Senior Vice President of Operations at NTT Global Data Centers Americas, responsible for leading critical facility operation, maintenance, security, and customer service delivery. Over his career, Ben has lead operations and engineering teams in both government and commercial markets crafting and implementing innovative efficiencies improving performance while reducing cost yielding optimized solutions enabling scalable growth.
Prior to joining NTT, Ben was the Senior Vice President of Engineering for Cyxtera and held senior executive positions at Equinix, Verizon, and Terremark Worldwide. Ben retired from the U.S Coast Guard after serving 25 years as a commissioned officer.
Ben earned a BSEE from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, MSEE from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, and MBA from Monmouth University, and a PhD from Northcentral University. Ben is also a licensed Professional Engineer.
Steven Manos is Senior Vice President of Sales at NTT Global Data Centers Americas.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in generating revenue, while also directing enterprise business development, critical facility infrastructure, modular data center solutions and other mission-critical tasks related to large scale IT environments.
Prior to joining NTT, Steve held the title of Chief Business Officer at Server Farm Realty, LLC, a data center developer. Previously he was Chief Business Officer at Canara Inc., a predictive analytics company. He has been the owner of Manos Internetworking Group, an IT infrastructure consultancy, since 2003. Steve was also the General Manager of the North America Division at Norland Managed Services, and Central Region Manager at Lee Technologies / Schneider Electric.
Mr. Manos earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography-Environmental Engineering from Drake University.
Bruno Berti is Vice President of Product Management at RagingWire Data Centers, responsible for the strategy, planning, creation, and launch of all data center colocation and services offerings.
Bruno has over 20 years of product management experience working in various industries, including: data center, disaster recovery, software/SaaS, construction, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Bruno was the Senior Director of Product Management for SunGard’s solutions around workforce continuity and workplace recovery. He was also the Senior Director of Product Management and Marketing at Meridian Systems (a Trimble Navigation company) responsible for their enterprise lifecycle management software (SaaS based) solutions for capital buildings and programs.
Mr. Berti earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Jerry Gilreath is Vice President of Information Technology (IT) at RagingWire Data Centers, responsible for IT security and infrastructure engineering.
Jerry is an accomplished IT executive with a successful history of designing, building, and delivering high-transaction e-commerce and mission critical technology environments. He is an experienced team leader and project manager, spanning multi-million dollar contracts and technologies.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Jerry held Director and Vice President roles at FusionStorm, responsible for managed services and operations. At Copart, Inc., the world’s largest auto-salvage disposition company, Jerry was responsible for building a global infrastructure to enable a strategic shift from physical presence auctions to an online marketplace, enabling Copart to become a $3 billion global company. He was also Director of Client Support Services at DHAP Digital, a prominent San Francisco based Internet application and infrastructure professional services company.
Mr. Gilreath is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he implemented one of the first USAF websites, managed prototype systems for theater battle management/command, and was responsible for multiple tactical combat technology solutions.
Meghan Krafka is Vice President of Finance at RagingWire Data Centers, responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to managers across the company in order to foster collaboration that maximizes operating income.
Meghan has been with RagingWire since 2010, previously serving as Senior Accounting Manager and Director & Controller. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she has successfully managed RagingWire’s finance department, including the purchasing, financial planning and analysis, and accounting departments.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Meghan gained audit experience at KPMG, and worked as a Controller at McKee Construction.
Ms. Krafka earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the California State University – East Bay.
Takahiro Wada is Vice President of Business Management of the Global Data Centers Division of NTT Ltd., where he is responsible for NTT’s worldwide investments in new data center facilities.
Mr. Wada joined NTT in 1996, and in his tenure has served as Director of Corporate Planning, Secretary to the CEO, Senior Manager in the Enterprise Sales division, and Manager of Business Development in the Global Network Service Division.
Mr. Wada holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Keio University in Tokyo, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Denise Hannan is Vice President and General Counsel at NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. Denise is responsible for all legal functions for the company.
Denise has more than 25 years of experience with a career that has involved real estate development, commercial leasing, complex commercial litigation, and risk management, among other work.
Prior to joining NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc., Denise served as General Counsel for Stanford Hotels Corporation, Cresleigh Homes Corporation and various affiliated companies where she was responsible for all corporate, legal and regulatory matters across all industries. Previously, Denise served as assistant general counsel and underwriting counsel for North American Title Insurance Company, and served on the Forms & Practices Committee for the California Land Title Association.
Denise received a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University in 1991, and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1995.
Brittany Miller is the Vice President of Construction and Design at NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. and will lead new data center construction projects which feature global industry standards, multi-story buildings, and massive capacity.
Prior to joining NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Ms. Miller spent four years leading teams in Microsoft’s Cloud Operations and Innovation business unit, helping to meet the unique challenges of a rapidly growing global business. She led a team that was responsible for global program management and governance along with AMER lease execution. Ms. Miller was also responsible for supply chain development, sourcing, and execution for AMER infrastructure projects during her time at Microsoft.
Previously, Ms. Miller held multiple positions at Intel over her 10-year tenure there. She led a global team of supply chain professionals from setting construction delivery strategy through the execution of large-scale construction projects. Ms. Miller led construction program setup, led global teams, and held positions as a project manager for highly complex projects.
Edward Ankers is the Vice President of Corporate Security for NTT Global Data Centers Americas. Mr. Ankers leads the security team responsible for the oversight of our security design, shipping and receiving, and physical security control encompassing over 2 million square feet of infrastructure. He has built a world-class network of industry peers, state and federal emergency personnel, and security providers.
Throughout his twenty-year career in law enforcement, Edward, served as a hostage negotiator, Major Crimes Detective, and finished as the commander of the Crisis Negotiation Unit. He has used innovative methods to secure buildings, campuses, and the people and assets contained in them. He has directed community security programs, helped design correctional institutions, and engineered the security systems for several data centers.
Edward has been referenced as an industry expert and spearheaded a partnership with federal agencies to have data centers categorized as critical infrastructure. He also created a security working group for Ashburn data centers. The group includes security professionals from utilities, emergency services, law enforcement, and of course, data centers.
