Audra Baker

Audra Baker is responsible for the global client services organization for NTT Global Data Centers Americas. She has 15 years of management experience delivering mission critical data center services to Fortune 500 customers. As director of client services, her areas of expertise include customer experience, strategic planning, IT audit and standards compliance (PCI, SSAE 16, FISMA) and the project management office. NTT Global Data Centers Americas has the highest customer loyalty Net Promoter Score (NPS) in the data center industry.

Additionally, she currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Cottage Housing, a nonprofit agency providing services to the homeless.

Prior to joining NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Audra was director of customer care for Wavve Telecommunications where she was responsible for developing the IT help desk product suite, 24x7 help desk organization, project management office, and customer satisfaction program. Additionally, she served as one of six founding team members responsible for securing $10 million in startup investment capital.

Audra holds an MBA certificate from University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Administration from Central Michigan University.
