RagingWire Leadership Team
Douglas Adams is President and Chief Executive Officer of RagingWire Data Centers, Inc. He was part of the founding executive team that started RagingWire in the year 2000.
During his tenure at RagingWire, Doug has made significant contributions to the company by winning new customers, expanding RagingWire's data center footprint, delivering innovative colocation products, and establishing the strategic partnership with NTT Communications.
Prior to RagingWire, Doug was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and General Manager, for NEC Technologies, Inc. with executive responsibility for NEC's magnetic and optical data storage products. He started his career with Mars, Inc., in sales and business development roles, ultimately rising to senior management.
Mr. Adams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Marketing from the University of Southern California.
Joel Stone is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at RagingWire Data Centers, Inc., responsible for data center engineering, design, construction, and operations, and corporate information technology.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Joel was Vice President of Global Data Center Operations for CenturyLink, responsible for 60 data centers around the world and a global team of 600 people. Before CenturyLink, Joel was Group Operations Director at Global Switch in London, one of the largest wholesale data center providers in Europe, and spent nine years at Microsoft responsible for 16 data centers in North America and a team of nearly 500 internal and external resources.
Mr. Stone earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Business Administration, with a minor in Computer Science from Tennessee Temple University.
Judi A. Lee is Senior Vice President of Human Resources at RagingWire Data Centers, Inc. She is responsible for the human resources function corporate wide including recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation strategy, and training.
Judi has an extensive background in all aspects of human resources with more than 30 years of experience. Since joining RagingWire in 2005, she has led the creation and implementation of human resources functions to enable the success and growth of the company.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Judi held a number of human resources leadership positions at both start-up firms and large enterprises including Landmark Healthcare, Inc., Foundation Systems, Inc., Genesis Electronics Corporation, and Hewlett Packard. She has played a key role in the execution of restructuring programs to drive improved business performance as well as employee engagement and talent development initiatives to support business growth.
Ms. Lee attended California State University, Sacramento.
Yasuo Suzuki is Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning at RagingWire Data Centers, Inc. He is responsible for the overall planning function corporate wide including the expansion, investment, and budget strategy.
Yasuo is from NTT Communications Corporation, the parent company of RagingWire, and joined RagingWire in 2014.
At the beginning of his career in the international business portfolio of NTT, Yasuo served as Duty General Manager of NTT Communications Philippines Branch between 1998 and 2001. From 2001 to 2008, he was responsible for the business development with various telecom carriers in the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe, Middle East and Africa to deploy NTT Communications’ network services globally. He was one of the key members who helped expand NTT Communications’ international business portfolio. From 2008 to 2013, Yasuo was Director of Group and Alliance Strategy in the Corporate Planning Department, responsible for various global acquisitions. He moved to the Data Center Engineering Department in 2013 and later was promoted to Vice President in 2014.
Mr. Suzuki holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Meiji University in Tokyo, Japan.
Bob Woolley is Vice President of Critical Facilities Engineering and Design at RagingWire Data Centers, Inc., responsible for the teams that design, develop and engineer RagingWire’s portfolio of data centers.
Bob has extensive experience in building technical programs for mission critical environments and has overseen engineering and operations at over 75 data centers throughout his career.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Bob was Vice President of Operations at Primary Integration, one of the largest building commissioning and operational risk management providers. At Lee Technologies, Bob was Vice President of Critical Environment Services, running programs for Microsoft, Coca Cola, Capital One, Fiserv, and KPMG among others. After Lee’s acquisition by Schneider Electric, Bob led the team which introduced critical facility operations services in China, India, Russia and the UK. Prior to joining Lee Technologies, he served as Vice President of Data Center Operations for Navisite, as well as Vice President of Engineering for COLO.COM, where he built and commissioned 27 carrier-neutral colocation facilities in 18 months. He also served as Regional Operations Manager for the Securities Industry Automation Corporation (SIAC) and operated his own mission-critical facilities consulting practice.
Mr. Woolley studied architecture and electrical engineering at Miami University and telecommunications management at Golden Gate University.
Brian Mattson is Vice President of Construction for RagingWire Data Centers, Inc., responsible for the development of all new data center projects across the RagingWire portfolio.
Brian is an experienced construction and business leader who has delivered multi-billion dollar construction programs of complex critical facilities worldwide with exceptional execution, innovative supply chain management, on-time delivery, standards and procedures, safety, and financial controls. In addition, he has been recognized for his management and mentorship guiding the next generation of construction leaders.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Brian spent nine years at Microsoft as Senior Director, leading their Data Center Construction and Global Supply Chain teams. Brian was Regional Manager of Construction with Intel Corporation for 12 years, responsible for their semiconductor project development in Asia, and North and South America.
Mr. Mattson studied mechanical engineering at the University of Minnesota Rochester, and received the National Award for Energy Innovation from U.S. Department of Energy.
Bruno Berti is Vice President of Product Management at RagingWire Data Centers, Inc., responsible for the strategy, planning, creation, and launch of all data center colocation and services offerings.
Bruno has over 20 years of product management experience working in various industries, including: data center, disaster recovery, software/SaaS, construction, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Bruno was the Senior Director of Product Management for SunGard’s solutions around workforce continuity and workplace recovery. He was also the Senior Director of Product Management and Marketing at Meridian Systems (a Trimble Navigation company) responsible for their enterprise lifecycle management software (SaaS based) solutions for capital buildings and programs.
Mr. Berti earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
Dave Haskell is Vice President of National Sales for RagingWire Data Centers, Inc., responsible for all sales and revenue efforts in the U.S. market including direct, wholesale, and channel.
Dave is an accomplished sales leader with over 20 years of experience in the data center, network, and managed IT services industries.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Dave was the Director of Sales for Latisys, a managed hosting and colocation provider. Dave was responsible for all East Coast revenue, building the sales and solutions engineering teams, and launching the brand to compete in the highly competitive Northern Virginia data center market. Previously, Dave was a Global Account Manager for Equinix, managing the largest global network customers and a significant portion of the business’ revenue while uncovering new global opportunities to position the company’s growth.
Mr. Haskell earned a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a Master of Business degree from the University of Phoenix.
James Leach is Vice President of Marketing at RagingWire Data Centers, Inc., responsible for brand development, demand generation, communications, tradeshows, events, and media.
Over his career, James has brought to market a wide range of innovative technology solutions, including: DNS, web domains, performance monitoring, content delivery networks (CDNs), high performance computing, IT outsourcing, virtual private networks (VPN), cloud computing, enterprise hosting, and data center colocation.
Mr. Leach spent the first 15 years of his career at IBM, starting out as an engineer and then moving into sales and marketing. After IBM, James was the top marketing executive at Savvis, Internap, Neustar, Harris Corporation, and now RagingWire.
Mr. Leach earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton College. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Leadership Board for the Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure Committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), and was elected to the Executive Committee of the Loudoun Economic Development Advisory Commission.
Jerry Gilreath is Vice President of Information Technology (IT) at RagingWire Data Centers, Inc., responsible for IT security and infrastructure engineering.
Jerry is an accomplished IT executive with a successful history of designing, building, and delivering high-transaction e-commerce and mission critical technology environments. He is an experienced team leader and project manager, spanning multi-million dollar contracts and technologies.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Jerry held Director and Vice President roles at FusionStorm, responsible for managed services and operations. At Copart, Inc., the world’s largest auto-salvage disposition company, Jerry was responsible for building a global infrastructure to enable a strategic shift from physical presence auctions to an online marketplace, enabling Copart to become a $3 billion global company. He was also Director of Client Support Services at DHAP Digital, a prominent San Francisco based Internet application and infrastructure professional services company.
Mr. Gilreath is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he implemented one of the first USAF websites, managed prototype systems for theater battle management/command, and was responsible for multiple tactical combat technology solutions.
Phillip Sandino is Vice President of Data Center Operations at RagingWire Data Centers, Inc., managing end-to-end operations of all RagingWire’s facilities. In addition to critical facilities operations, he has responsibility for corporate safety and security, infrastructure services and commissioning.
Philip is an experienced operational and business development executive with a demonstrated history of business growth and operational excellence working in the energy and data center industries.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Phillip spent 13 years at Dominion Energy as the executive responsible for running power generation facilities, liquid natural gas operations, and directing key customer accounts. He began his career and spent eight years at GE Energy working in engineering and sales worldwide.
Mr. Sandino earned an MBA degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Washington DC Chapter of the 7x24 Exchange. Phillip is a veteran of the United States Navy.
Steve Kleinbach is Vice President of Sales Operations at RagingWire Data Centers, Inc., managing pre/post-sales operations, client services, solutions engineering, and sales team analytics and reporting.
Prior to joining RagingWire, Steve spent 19 years at Objective Systems Integrators as an executive responsible for research and development, information technology, and global professional services and support for their operations support system (OSS) products, supporting large global telecommunications corporations. Steve began his career and spent nine years at Sprint working in engineering and software development.
Mr. Kleinbach earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of Colorado.
