RagingWire Names New Chief Operating Officer

SACRAMENTO, California (August 31, 2007)

RagingWire Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (RES), a premier data center infrastructure and managed services provider, announced today the appointment of Joseph Kava to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective immediately.

With more than 18 years of Information Technology and operational management experience, Mr. Kava brings extensive business leadership to his new position. Mr. Kava joined RagingWire in August 2006 as Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Kava’s promotion is another step in the organizational and facilities expansion that RagingWire has undertaken to meet the growing demand for enterprise class data center facilities, internet bandwidth, and IT infrastructure services expertise. He played a key role in RagingWire’s recent 46,000 square feet ultra high power density expansion, amid the current industry-wide data center floor space and power crunch.

Prior to joining RagingWire, Mr. Kava held several key senior director and management positions at Applied Materials. Most recently, Mr. Kava was the managing director of Global IT Operations, for the Corporate eBusiness Solutions group. He was responsible for business operations for the corporate IT organization, including IT infrastructure asset management, internal business controls, governance, and operations in 13 countries worldwide. Additional responsibilities included managing Information Security Systems, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, portfolio lifecycle management, and quality management systems and business process optimization where he delivered significant operating cost reductions. Mr. Kava holds a bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
