The latest results show a seven percent increase in client satisfaction since the initial baseline set in 2003, and are the highest levels of client satisfaction achieved thus far. The objective of the recent data center survey was to gain an in-depth understanding of RagingWire’s performance from the client’s perspective. RagingWire has continued to grow and expand colocation services since opening for business in 2000. In 2009 alone, RagingWire completed over 900 client implementations, and processed over 82,000 service requests from its 24x7 Operations Control Center.
